Hi Donna,

Thank you very much for your comment.

Yes, LucisArt is a great tool, however I wouldn't say that it's better than Photoshop. I actually used the plugin version of it which can be used within Photoshop itself. The plugin is somewhat limited in functionality as you can see it on this page: http://www.lucispro.com/lucis_lucisart_comparison.htm

However, I could not find the plugin version this time in the company's on-line store. It seems that they offer only the standalone version which really costs a lot.

I have enjoyed this blog so far. I've only been on it about 5 minutes, but I love photography and have taken thousands of pictures over the years. Various things, mainly people and places.

That filter you used on the flowers, the Lucis Art Filter, well I went to their site and they are not offering it at this time. It's to expensive I am sure, for me at this time.

Does anyone have it that is willing to share it with me?
I do a lot of Graphics work for business places and I've never heard of this filter.
I sure do need it... or would love to see what all it has to offer. It has to be better than Paint Shop Pro and possibly even PhotoShop.

Please let me know. My email is Southunlady@aol.com

Thank you kindly,
Donna
